Situated on the edge of Aylesbeare Common (an official RSPB site) we are in a fantastic position
for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists. Our large beer garden receives regular visits from Wagtails and Yellow hammers.
We are also only half a mile down
the road from Woodbury Common, which is also well known for walking, cycling and bird watching.
Woodbury Common is often
explored for its beauty and breath taking views of Devonshire countryside and the Exmouth coast.
Just 7 miles from Sidmouth, 6 miles from Exeter and approximately 4
miles from Exeter Airport (yet undisturbed by the noise) we are at the center of access for most of South Devon, but thats
easy to forget when you are either dining in our restaurant, drinking in the bar or relaxing outside in our fabulous large
beer garden.
